Specialized Adaptive Track (LLC Pilot Project)

Sale Price: $0.00 Original Price: $50.00

A focused, analytical consultation for violinists facing complex physical challenges—joint hypermobility or instability, chronic pain, and nerve numbness (including pinky or bow-arm issues). Rather than traditional lessons, we collaborate to:

  • Assess your playing posture, instrument setup, and movement patterns to identify sources of strain and instability.

  • Implement functional workarounds that allow you to continue making music while protecting vulnerable tissues.

  • Map personalized ergonomic shifts—adjustments in instrument placement, shoulder rest/chinrest configuration, bow grip and arm mechanics, and practice strategies—to reduce load on affected joints and nerves.

  • Develop targeted exercises and motor-pattern retraining to restore safer, more reliable movement without sacrificing musical goals.

  • Create a practical plan for gradual progress, pain management, and when appropriate, referrals to allied professionals (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, or medical specialists).

This program is ideal for players who need pragmatic, evidence-informed solutions tailored to their bodies and repertoires, allowing them to continue playing with greater comfort, control, and confidence.
